Adapt BPO employees work at three salary levels. An employeefs
skills, ability, education and experience dictate their
level. Client will collaborate with the Adapt BPO Account
Manager to determine what level best matches their job description.
Salary Levels:
Level 1 @ $890 per month:
The vast majority of Adapt BPO employees work at this level.
This includes admins, receptionists, junior accountants,
web designers, help desk support, graphic artists and inbound
and outbound salespeople.
Level 2 @ $1400 per month:
Level 2 include team managers, senior salespeople, server
infrastructure staff and designers, certified public accountants,
senior software engineers, lawyers and technical writers.
Level 3 @ $2200 per month:
This includes higher level team leaders and project managers.
These individuals can corral resources, lead large groups
of people and achieve project objectives. Level 3 employees
often possess graduate degrees such as MBAfs, extensive
experience in their dedicated field and demonstrate extreme
leadership skills and vision. They will often have Level
1 and Level 2 employees working underneath them.
Startup and Equipment Costs:
There is a startup fee per employee of $350. For the first
employee this fee is waived. Each employee has unlimited
access to a laser printer for $30 per month, a color laser
printer for $45 per month. Each ream of paper costs $5.
If there is extensive faxing involved, we will provide a
dedicated fax machine or electronic fax at an additional
charge.
Each employeefs workstation, monitor and phone is included
in the flat rate charged. Adapt BPO only uses Dell computer
equipment. The VOIP solution will be chosen at the discretion
of the Adapt BPO Account Manager. Either your employee will
be on the Adapt BPO PBX system or have a dedicate phone.
In both cases, your employee will have a dedicated local
number with unlimited outbound and inbound calls.
Software:
Adapt BPO uses several different software packages to maximize
productivity. All workstations run Adobe Acrobat, Microsoft
Office 2003 and AVG Antivirus and Spyware protection. The
monitors include a webcam. Depending on the role of your
employee, additional software can be loaded. This includes
various CRM databases, graphics applications and web development
software. This software will need to purchased or provided
by client.
For remote access, monitoring and control of your employeefs
workstation, we utilize PC Anywhere or LogMeIn. The Adapt
BPO administrator trains and facilitates it use.
Holiday and Overtime Pay:
All pay beyond 40 hours per week is an additional $4 to
$10 per hour depending on the employeefs level. An additional
$25 per month is added on as a holiday bonus. This is considered
pay for the 13th month per local labor laws. This bonus
is paid directly to employees.
Length of the Contract:
Each contract lasts one year and may be cancelled at anytime
with one monthfs notice. Clientfs monthly charge increases
4% after completion of the first year and every year thereafter.
