How it works:
Adapt BPO allows you to choose your employee. You submit a job description to us. We refer your a pool of candidates that match you the requirements you outlined. This employee will be qualified by us.

Your dedicated employee will have:

1. A local US number with any area code you specify
2. A local US number with unlimited outbound and inbound calls
3. A Windows XP, Vista or Mac with the necessary software
4. A fast Internet connect @ T1 speeds or higher
5. This employee will be partially managed by the Adapt BPO Team manager. Initially this employee will receive guidance from the Team Manager regarding remote communications, the Adapt phone system and US business practices.
6. The ability to monitor your employees via the web using our in house video camera system (optional)
7. Software that records all activity on your employee's workstation (optional)
   

How to get started:
Please submit your job description to jobs@adaptbpo.com. We will review your job requirements and submit a short list of candidates. All candidates are analyzed using our Adapt BPO Hiring System. This ensures you get the best talent possible. After sifting through resumes and interviewing, a candidate is chosen.

How our contracts works:
Our employment contract is for 12 months. Your company will be charged a prenegotiated amount per month per full time employee. Each employee works 40 hours per week barring Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year's, Easter, Memorial and Labor Day.

There is a setup fee of $350 per employee. Your employees will be provided a fully functioning workstation. This will customized per client's specifications. For use of printer and fax, there will be a charge of $25 per month. Each ream of paper costs $5. There is a Christmas bonus that our employees are paid as required by local law. This paid directly to employees. An additional $20 a month will be assessed for this bonus and paid out in December.

The Adapt BPO 120% Guarantee
Since we are confident in our placements, we back them up with our 120% Guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your employee within the first week of the placement, you get 120% credit for those days with the next hire. Simply notify your Account Manager and we will take rapid measures to replace that employee with another candidate. You get the next week free.
